Planning Permission for New Home Granted in South Oxfordshire Countryside

Whilst it was a disappointing ending to yesterday’s World Cup semi-final, there was some good news at an untimely South Oxfordshire Planning Committee, where Councillors unanimously approved a three-bedroom dwelling near Henley on Thames.

During the meeting, Ben Kelly, one of our Planners explained to Councillors that whilst the new home was located within the countryside and AONB, it complied with all the relevant policies of the Local Plan and due to it high-quality design produced by OB Architecture, would be a positive addition to the locality.
