We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to our friendly team who will contribute to the delivery of a wide range of projects. Due to the varied workload and responsibility given to our team, all of our graduates have been able to achieve Chartered status within 2 years of graduating with the support of an experienced mentor.
The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Have completed, or will have soon completed a RTPI accredited degree.
- Motivated and proactive attitude, using initiative to find simple solutions to complex issues.
- Ability to work both within a team, and independently on a range of projects.
- Can construct well-written and presented documents.
- Is polite, courteous, and well-presented (even on Teams / Zoom).
- Ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines, often with multiple projects.
- Have a full driving license (desired).

Through comprehensive mentor meetings and specialised CPD sessions, you'll receive a learning experience that is beyond what you are likely to be offered in a larger company. We're committed to your growth, which is why we have an excellent track record for all our graduates attaining Chartered Status within two years.
